Need help in paying back the loan to purchase a three wheeler.

A person who has lost his leg due to the war is unable to pay back the loan for a three wheeler that he had purchased and he have asked us to help him to pay that loan back. He feels that if the loan is paid back the income he now gets will be enough for his livelihood hence he is requesting help to pay back the loan.
